“Chad and his team quickly provided a detailed estimate for the roof and interior water damage on our cabin, then worked with my insurance company through the whole process. He even caught a problem with the previous roof and fixed it the right way. Full service and great customer support. Highly recommend!”

FAQ
Yes, completely free, with no obligation. A certified inspector checks your roof, documents what they find with photos, and gives you an honest read on where it stands. No cost, no pressure.
We check the shingles for cracking, lifting, wind damage and missing pieces; the flashing around chimneys, valleys and roof edges; the vents and other penetrations; soft metals like chimney caps and gutters; and whether the gutters are moving water away properly. You get the findings in a digital photo report.
Class 3 is an impact-resistance rating: shingles tested to hold up better against hail. If your inspection shows the roof needs replacing, qualified homes get upgraded to a Class 3 impact-resistant shingle at no extra cost. We confirm eligibility at the inspection. Many insurers also offer a premium discount for impact-resistant roofs, so check with your carrier.
Yes. Our inspectors are Haag and NRCIA certified and we are Xactimate certified, so we document storm damage the way adjusters expect: the date and type of storm, photo evidence of every damaged area, and a written analysis. We can also be there for the adjuster meeting. Tell us about the damage at your inspection and we will walk you through the process.
We are based in Stillwater, MN and St. Croix Falls, WI, and serve homeowners across the Twin Cities metro, the St. Croix valley and western Wisconsin, roughly 100 miles from Stillwater. A little farther out? Ask when you book; for the right project, we travel.
