What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this site and the forms on it, which exist to request a free inspection of your roof or your windows from Casa Builders & Construction LLC. They do not govern the inspection itself, any roofing, windows or installation work you may go on to buy, or any contract, warranty or financing you sign with us later. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents control.

Requesting an inspection

Submitting a form and picking a time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm appointments directly with you, and we may need to reschedule. Free inspections are for homeowners; whether we can reach you depends on where you are, and we will tell you if we cannot.

There is no charge for the inspection and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

Contacting you

By submitting either form you agree that Casa Builders may contact you about your request by phone, text and email at the number and address you provide. The exact consent wording you agree to, and how to stop hearing from us, are set out in our Privacy Policy. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.

Accurate information

Please give us accurate details and use the forms only to request an inspection for a home you own or are authorized to act for. We may decline or cancel a request that does not meet that.

What is on this site

The descriptions, prices and claims on this site are general information about what we offer, not a quote or a promise about your home. Anything specific to your roof or windows comes from the inspection itself and from what we put in writing to you afterwards. We may change this site at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date at the top.
